3. Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of accounts and login credentials
• Obtain required permissions and lawful consent from customers
• Use approved WhatsApp message templates where required
• Comply with Meta policies and applicable laws
• Use the services only for lawful business purposes

4. Meta and Third-Party Platforms

Certain services depend on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform or other third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies, permissions, and technical behavior are controlled by the relevant third party.

Fast Process Technology is not responsible for changes, suspensions, restrictions, outages, account decisions, or policy enforcement performed by third-party providers.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, taxes, billing intervals, renewal conditions, and payment schedules are specified in the applicable commercial agreement, quotation, subscription plan, or invoice.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized messages
• Do not distribute malware, spam, or prohibited content

7. Intellectual Property

Fast Process Technology retains ownership of its platform, software, source code, documentation, designs, workflows, configurations, and related intellectual property, except where a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Customers retain ownership of their business data and content, subject to the rights required for Fast Process Technology to process that data and provide the contracted services.

8. Data and Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable written data-processing terms.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

10. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to address non-payment, unlawful use, security risks, policy violations, third-party platform restrictions, or material breach of an agreement.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. AI-generated output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every business decision. Customers remain responsible for reviewing automated output and making final decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Process Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or reputation.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page together with the updated effective date.
